The Beginning of My Fitness Journey: The Birth of "Get Up and Go"
In this blog post, I share the beginning of my fitness journey, which started on January 1, 2017, after realizing that years of stress and poor health had taken a toll on my body, even leading to moments of literal paralysis. Motivated by the need to be present for my family, I made a nonnegotiable commitment to exercise for 30 minutes every day, no excuses or exceptions. This daily routine helped me regain my health, energy, and presence, laying the foundation for my Get Up and Go mindset, which would later inspire the creation of my brand, Honu.
