1. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on November 1st and ends on November 30th. All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.

3. How to Enter

• Entry with Purchase: Place an order on www.honuwear.com during the Entry Period to be automatically entered.
• Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, send a postcard or letter with your full name, email address, mailing address, and phone number to:

  Entries via this method must be postmarked by November 25th and received by November 30th.

4. Limitations on Entries

Only one entry per person per day is allowed, regardless of method of entry. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Prizes

The prize for the Giveaway is one Golden Honu Hat approximate retail value: $150. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email, social media, etc. within 4 of the drawing.

7. Publicity Release

By entering, participants agree to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for any issues such as technical failures, lost entries, or other errors that may affect the outcome of the Giveaway.
